We made a prototype using the vacuum casting with POM material. POM has better mechanical properties (strength and stiffness) than ABS, and the prototype can verify the same product properties as an injection-molded one. The POM prototype can be produced in either black or white, and in this case, we created a white prototype for a Korean client.
